How does reward system works?

Promo code discounts and cashback credits are provided in Reward Points, where 10 Points equals $1. 

While the total to pay won't be directly discounted by, say, 15%, you can choose bonus items (freebies) up to 15% of your shopping cart's value.

To prevent extra shipping costs, customers can only select freebies from the same warehouse as the main order's products. 

For instance, if you add products from Warehouse 1 to your cart, you can only choose freebies from Warehouse 1. 

Similarly, if you select products from Warehouse 3 and Warehouse 4, you can only choose freebies from Warehouse 3 and/or Warehouse 4.

Unused Reward Points from promo codes and bitcoin discounts are credited back to your account if you don't select freebies up to the maximum available in your wallet. 

Additionally, you receive extra Cashback in Reward Points ranging from 5% to 15% when your cumulative order value reaches $1,500 and $3,000, respectively. These Reward Points can be utilised on future orders.

Please note that reward points cannot be offered on orders where a discount has already been applied. This includes orders using coupon codes, special promotions, or other discounts. We strive to provide value through both our discount offers and rewards program, but these cannot be combined for the same order.
