Unfortunately, returned packages are typically lost, as we are unable to retrieve any returned deliveries.
In most cases, packages are returned due to either a wrong or insufficient address provided, or failure to pick up the package on time. Etalaze cannot be held responsible in either scenario.
We advise you to visit your local post office personally to inquire about any returned packages. Sometimes, packages may also be returned due to missing import documents. In such cases, we require a copy of the notification to initiate a reship.
We highly recommend checking tracking numbers and your post box more frequently, and ensuring that the real name and address are provided accurately when placing your order.
