My order is not complete

If you're missing something from your order, please follow these steps:


Check if there are any other packages in transit. Go to your account, find your order on the "My orders" page, click on "details," and it will display all assigned tracking numbers.


If you have received and carefully checked all packages without success, please upload a photo of the content of all packages to an image upload site such as https://imgur.com/upload or https://imgbb.com. Then, send us the link along with the order number so we can promptly address your situation. 


We will also initiate an investigation with our shipping department, as all products are photographed before being placed in the package.


Please note:


The issue must be reported within 30 days after receiving the package.


In rare cases, some products may run out of stock before we can ship them. In such cases, we will ship the missing items in a second package at our expense as soon as the stock is replenished.
