My product got damaged

If your products have been damaged during transportation, please take a photo and upload it to an image upload site such as "https://imgur.com/upload" or "https://imgbb.com." Then, send us the link so we can promptly address your situation and reship the broken item as soon as possible.


Please note that the issue must be reported within 30 days after receiving the package, so please thoroughly check everything upon receipt. 


We cannot accept low-resolution, cropped, or edited pictures as proofs. We require simple pictures, preferably multiple, taken with a regular modern smartphone or digital camera.
