There is nothing wrong with the product; what you're experiencing is called crystallisation, which is quite common in AAS due to temperature variations during storage, transit, and delivery. It's important to note that the active substance is not altered in any way.


Here is a common suggestion from manufacturers to address crystallization:


  • Boil it longer: Place the vial in boiling water on low  in a high pan, ensuring that the water level does not exceed the vial tap. Boil for 2-3 minutes initially.

  • After 2-3 minutes, remove the vial and shake it vigorously. If crystallization persists, continue boiling for another 2-3 minutes and shake again. If needed, increase the boiling time to 5 minutes.
