My product appears to have frozen or crystallized — is there something wrong?

There is nothing wrong with the product. What you’re experiencing is crystallization, a common occurrence with AAS caused by temperature changes during storage, transit, or delivery. The active compound is not altered and the product remains effective.

How to fix crystallization (manufacturer-recommended method):

  1. Place the vial in a high pan with water

    • Ensure the water level does not exceed the vial cap

  2. Heat the water on low to gentle boil for 2–3 minutes

  3. Remove the vial and shake vigorously

  4. If crystals remain, repeat the process for another 2–3 minutes

  5. If needed, increase heating time to up to 5 minutes, shaking between intervals

Crystals should fully dissolve once the solution reaches proper temperature.
