EU Warehouse Shipping Update

Effective Immediately – Important Notice for U.S. Customers

We would like to inform all customers about a temporary update affecting shipments from our EU warehouses.

What’s Happening?

Due to ongoing new tariff regulations that European postal services have not yet resolved, EU warehouses are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States. This situation is outside our control and impacts all outbound EU→USA shipments.

Good News for Non-USA Customers

All other international regions remain fully operational.
Customers outside the United States can continue placing orders from any EU warehouse without any delays or issues.
Operations remain smooth, active, and stable.

For Our USA Customers

At this time, we cannot ship to U.S. addresses from EU.
To ensure uninterrupted service, we recommend placing your orders through:

  • Asia warehouses (operating normally), or

  • US Domestic warehouses (fast delivery, not affected)

Both options remain completely unaffected by the new regulations and continue to process orders without delays.

When Will EU→USA Shipping Resume?

We will restore EU shipments to the United States as soon as European postal services resolve the tariff issue.
A follow-up announcement will be posted immediately once service returns to normal.

Thank You for Your Understanding

We truly appreciate your patience as we navigate these regulatory changes. Our team is committed to ensuring your orders continue smoothly, reliably, and without unnecessary delays.
