Once your payment is confirmed, your order status will change to “Processed.” It typically takes 24–72 hours to prepare your package for dispatch, though orders from our EU warehouse may take 3–7 business days.
We ship Monday through Friday, and some warehouses also ship on Saturdays. Please note that national holidays may affect dispatch times depending on the warehouse location.
After your package is dispatched, your order status will update to “Shipped”, and you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
