How do I check if my payment was successful?

Once you submit the payment confirmation form, our billing team will carefully review your payment details within 24–48 hours.


After your payment is successfully verified, you will receive a payment acceptance notification via email, and your order status will be updated to “Processed.”


If your payment is unsuccessful or there are any issues, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will promptly assist you.
