What if my package is seized?

There’s no need for concern. With over 17 years of experience, the worst-case scenario we’ve encountered is receiving a standard seizure notice, even for larger orders.

Customs authorities handle thousands of seizures daily, making it highly unlikely for individual addresses to be flagged or monitored.

We also offer one of the most flexible reship policies in the market. For most countries, we provide an unlimited reship policy.

If you receive a seizure letter or if your package has been held in customs for more than 15 days, please take a clear photo of the seizure notice and send it to our Customer Support team, who will forward it to the warehouse team for investigation and reshipment assistance.
