Q: I received a seizure letter from customs or the FDA. Should I be worried?
No, there’s no need to worry. With over 13 years of experience, the worst-case scenario we’ve encountered for seized packages is receiving a standard seizure notice, even for orders containing more than 50 vials. We have not seen serious legal consequences for customers.
Q: Will my address be flagged if my package is seized?
This is extremely unlikely. Customs authorities seize tens of thousands of packages daily containing restricted supplements and drugs. Due to this volume, it is not practical for them to fully analyze each case, making permanent address flagging very uncommon.
Q: What is your reshipment policy for seized packages?
We offer one of the most permissive reshipment policies in the AAS market:
For most countries, we provide reshipments
If your package is stuck in customs for more than 30 days, please contact our customer support team to investigate and initiate a reshipment
Q: What should I do if I receive a seizure letter?
Please follow these steps:
Take a clear, high-quality photo of the seizure letter received from customs or the FDA
The receiver’s name must be clearly visible
Send the photo to our support team for verification
Include:
Your order number
Any tracking or reference links related to the shipment
Once verified, we will process a reshipment or refund promptly.
Q: What happens if I don’t provide proof of a seizure letter?
If no proof of the seizure letter is provided, our standard 60-day reshipment policy will NOT be applied.
