Why has my package been in the same tracking status for several days?

Your package is still in transit, and this is completely normal—especially with international shipments. Tracking updates often appear only when the package reaches customs in the destination country or is scanned by the local carrier (such as USPS in the USA).


In many cases, tracking systems lag behind actual movement, so it may look unchanged even though the package is progressing. Once it clears customs, delivery typically occurs within a few days.


While rare, delays can also happen due to transit issues, and in very uncommon cases, a package may be lost or seized. Rest assured, most shipments update and arrive without any problems.
