If you've received a seizure letter, there's no need to worry. With over 13 years of experience, the worst case scenario we've encountered for seized packages was receiving a basic seizure notice, even for orders containing more than 50 vials.
Customs officials report seizing tens of thousands of packs every day containing forbidden supplements and drugs. Therefore, it's practically impossible for them to thoroughly analyse each case, making it unlikely for an address flag to be implemented.
Our store offers one of the most permissive reship policies in the AAS market. For most countries, we offer an unlimited reship policy. If your package is stuck in customs for more than 30 days, please contact our customer line to investigate the case and initiate a reship.
