I received the wrong items

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Sometimes, human error may result in receiving the wrong products or an incorrect package by mistake. 


If this occurs, please upload a photo of the received items to an image upload site such as https://imgur.com/upload or https://imgbb.com. Then, send us the link along with the order number so we can promptly address your situation.


Please note the following:


  • The issue must be reported within 30 days after receiving the package, so please thoroughly check everything upon receipt.

  • Re-shipping of products will only be possible once substantial evidence is provided by customers. Please submit a high-resolution photo showing the received products taken with a regular camera or smartphone (multiple pictures are recommended).

  • Low-resolution, cropped, or edited pictures will be rejected.
