My product arrived damaged — what should I do?

If any items were damaged during transportation, please take clear photos and send them to our support team so we can review the issue and arrange a reshipment of the damaged item as quickly as possible.


⚠️ Important:

  • Damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving your package. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

  • Please take photos of all received items, including those that are not damaged, so we can verify the batch and full package contents.

  • Photos must be clear, unedited, and uncropped. We do not accept altered images as proof.

  • Use a regular smartphone or digital camera and provide multiple photos if possible for faster processing.

Once we receive your photos, our team will review the case and assist you promptly.
