What should I do if my package is being returned to the sender?

We understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, most returned packages are not recoverable, as we’re unable to retrieve deliveries once they are sent back.

Packages are commonly returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s pickup window

  • Missing or incomplete import documents

We recommend visiting your local post office as soon as possible to inquire about the shipment—occasionally, packages can still be held locally before being returned.

If the return is due to missing import documentation, please provide us with a copy of the official notification, and we’ll review it to determine reshipment eligibility. After a careful investigation, if it’s confirmed that the address you provided was correct, we’ll coordinate with our warehouse team to reship your order.

To help prevent this in the future, we strongly recommend:

  • Regularly checking your tracking updates

  • Monitoring your mailbox or pickup notices

  • Ensuring your real name and full address are entered accurately at checkout
